This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines how PROPHERO - FZCO (“PropHero”, “we”, “us”) gathers, utilizes, and shares personal information acquired from you while you are utilizing our services available on www.prophero.net, and all related websites and mobile applications (collectively, "Services").

Protecting your Personal Information from unauthorised access is a top priority. We employ physical, electronic, and managerial measures to secure and safeguard your data. However, we cannot guarantee complete security, and we are not liable for any unauthorised access by third parties.

 

 

COOKIES

 

The Services utilises cookies, which are files that store information on your hard drive, allowing a website to recognise visitors or users and record session data. This information is collected via Google Analytics. By using these Services, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google. Most browsers are set to accept cookies, but you have the option to disable them.

 

 

GOOGLE API DATA USAGE

 

• Gmail API Usage (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send)

 

PropHero CRM uses the Gmail API (gmail.send) exclusively to send automated birthday greeting emails from the user’s Gmail account to their contacts.

 

We do not read, store, or access any Gmail message content (inbox, drafts, attachments). Only the pre-configured birthday greeting email is sent using the user’s Gmail account.

 

When a user connects their Gmail account, Google may display additional permissions (such as access to basic profile information) during the OAuth consent process. PropHero CRM does not use, store, or process this information in any way.

 

• Google Calendar API Usage (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.owned)

 

PropHero CRM uses the Google Calendar API (calendar.events.owned) exclusively to create, update, or delete calendar events in the user’s Google Calendar for property viewings scheduled through the CRM.

 

When a user connects their Google Calendar account, Google may display additional permissions (such as access to basic profile information) during the OAuth consent process. PropHero CRM does not use, store, or process this information in any way.

 

We only interact with calendars owned by the user. We do not access, modify, or view any events outside of those created via PropHero CRM. No shared or public calendar data is accessed.

 

• Data Retention and Deletion

 

OAuth tokens required for sending emails and managing calendar events are stored securely and used solely for these purposes.

 

Tokens are deleted immediately upon user disconnection from Gmail or Google Calendar.

 

Users can revoke access at any time from their PropHero CRM profile settings or directly from their Google Account permissions.

 

• Use of Data for AI/ML

 

We do not use any Gmail or Google Calendar user data to train machine learning (ML) or artificial intelligence (AI) models. All Gmail and Google Calendar API usage complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

 

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

 

This Policy and your use of the Services are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute regarding this Policy or our handling of your information shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Dubai.
